1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PropelusAI Soul by RBSS Ventures ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropelusAI Soul by RBSS Ventures is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides content creation, scheduling, analytics, inbox management, and AI agent capabilities. The Service is provided by RBSS Ventures.

RBSS Ventures' registered principal place of business is 3rd Floor, Flat 3B, Gokhale Court, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, India.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute spam or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated systems to abuse the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Social media credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Your data at rest is self-hosted on dedicated servers. Some processing and publishing involves third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we collect and hold about you includes:

  • your name, email address and organization, to create and run your account and to contact you about it.
  • your membership and role in each organization you belong to, to give you the right access in each organization.
  • agency-client relationships you are assigned to, to show you the client work you are assigned.
  • your sign-in session tokens, to keep you signed in securely.
  • your active login sessions, to keep you signed in and let you sign out of other devices.
  • notifications we have sent you, to tell you about activity in your account.
  • your login history, including IP address and device, to protect your account and warn you about unfamiliar sign-ins.
  • content generated for you by our AI features, to show you what was generated and keep usage within your plan.
  • images and video generated for you by our AI features, to show you what was generated and keep usage within your plan.
  • the social media accounts you connect, to publish and read on the platforms you connect, on your instruction.
  • the posts you create and schedule, to schedule, publish and report on your posts.
  • the automation rules you configure, to run the automations you set up.
  • complaints or support messages you send us, to resolve your complaint, as the law requires.
  • how you found us (referrer and campaign data) when you signed up, to understand how people find PropelusAI Soul.
  • the messages you write in a support conversation with us, to answer your support request.
  • the feedback you send us on the feedback page (an idea, a problem or praise, and the page it is about), to improve PropelusAI Soul.

PropelusAI Soul learns from what you do in it, such as which drafts you approve, edit or reject, and it reads account data across the accounts on the Service to improve the suggestions it makes. This is not the same as training an AI model on your content, which we do not do (see section 4 of our Privacy Policy).

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in INR and charged in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Cashfree. Refunds are limited to your first payment, requested within fourteen days of it, and return only the value of the AI credits you have not used, at published rates (the same rule as our Refund Policy, clause 4). The payment fee Cashfree adds on top of the plan price at checkout is shown to you before you pay and is never refunded. The complete rule, including how the amount is calculated, is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PropelusAI Soul by RBSS Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
